What we collect

• Name, email and WhatsApp number you give us when you order, request a trial or apply as an agent.
• Your MT5 account number and broker server, so your licence works only on your accounts.
• Licence check records: time, EA version and result.
• Payment status from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Why we use it

To issue and check your licence, install the EA with you, send renewal reminders, pay agents their commission and answer support requests.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider [CHIP], our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) and, for referred sales, the agent who referred you (your name and plan only). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it
