1. Who we are

zentrascalper.com is run by [Company name Sdn Bhd] (SSM [registration no.]), [business address], Malaysia ("we").

2. What you rent

A licence to use the Zentra Scalper expert advisor ("the EA") in MetaTrader 5 on the number of accounts your plan allows, for the period you paid for. You do not buy the software or its source code.

3. What we do not do

We sell software only. We do not manage money, accept deposits, trade on your behalf or give investment advice. The EA runs in your own account at your own broker, and every trading decision and result is yours.

4. Your licence

• One key per customer. Do not share, resell, copy or reverse-engineer the EA.
• The EA checks its licence with our server and stops opening new trades if the licence is expired, revoked or used on an account that is not linked.
• We may suspend a licence that is shared or misused, or while a payment dispute is open.

5. Payments and renewals

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and shown before you pay. [Explain whether plans renew automatically or must be renewed by hand.]

6. Risk

The EA has no stop loss and can lose money, including more than you deposit. Read the risk disclosure before you rent.
